“In the process of building a house with AUSMAR and as a total noob builder, so far the process has been amazing! Ian was my sales consultant who helped me customize my house and gave recommendations based on experience and his ability to adapt to his customers’ needs which was super. Bec was my colour consultant who within half an hour knew the theme I was going for and was able to recommend colours and options accurately and efficiently without any fuss. My consultant is Therese who is also amazing, communicating with me on a down to earth level knowing I'm a complete noob in the industry and letting me know what information the company needs in a timely manner and being very knowledgeable in regards to the process. 5 starts so far for all involved! Now if the house falls down after it's built, I'm blaming you, Ian! Haha. Keep up the good work guys!”

“I am currently in the middle of my build journey with AUSMAR Homes with construction to take place later this year. At this point in time, I cannot find fault in anything they've done. Between my Sales Consultant Ian Sullivan (who has been honest and upfront with everything), Therese (my Client Liaison Officer) and Sandi (colour/design expert), they have all made me feel comfortable and provided their knowledge and expertise when called upon. It's fantastic to have people like that on my side when I'm in the middle of the biggest investment decision of life. In addition, the eight-step Build Journey has really helped simplify things for me and the team are more than happy to explain things further if needed. While my house isn't due to commence construction until late October (due to the developer, not AUSMAR), I have full confidence I will have a fantastic, finished product once the keys are handed over. “From the very first interaction with the sales team through to hand over, the experience of building with AUSMAR was as close to perfect as it gets. The most outstanding aspect of AUSMAR is the time they took to listen to my requirements and the level of communication throughout especially with their app. They delivered exactly what they promised. The final build quality is fantastic. The site manager makes or breaks a build and Brendan was superb. We had an independent inspector through each stage of the build and AUSMAR worked with him to ensure everything was perfect. “We have built two houses in the past with other builders, but this time we have chosen AUSMAR for a number of reasons. From our initial enquiry and ongoing contact with House and Land Consultant, Johan Lundkvist, to communications with other AUSMAR staff, and meeting with Building Manager, Tony on our site to discuss build options specific to our land, we have experienced awesome customer service, total transparency on cost, quick response times, a willingness to adapt and accommodate our wishes and ideas, and a professional 'can do' attitude. We have also just had the 'Colour Selection' appointment with Designer, Rebecca Weston which was amazing and far exceeded our experiences previously. My wife and I are absolutely impressed with our AUSMAR experience and honestly, cannot fault the team and the product they offer.
