Monday to Thursday - 7:30am to 4.30pm
Friday - 7:30am to 12:30pm (early knock-off!)

How do I apply for a position? The first step is to visit our Careers page, where you'll find a list of our current openings. Each job posting will have a clear 'Find out More' button or instructions on how to submit your application. Typically, this involves emailing your CV and cover letter to our HR Manager. We encourage you to carefully review the specific requirements for each role before applying.

What documents do I need to submit? Generally, we require a current CV/résumé and a cover letter tailored to the specific position you're applying for. Your cover letter is a great opportunity to highlight your skills and experience and explain why you're interested in joining AUSMAR. For some roles, such as design or construction-related positions, a portfolio of your work may also be required. The individual job posting will clearly state any specific document requirements, so please review it carefully.

What perks do you offer?

WEEKLY MOVEMENT

We offer free Pilates and Yoga classes for AUSMAR staff every Monday morning.

MONTHLY BREAKFAST

On the first Wednesday of each month, a staff breakfast takes place in the company car park. Each department takes turns to set up, cook, and clean up (e.g., Sales, Drafting, Estimating). This provides an opportunity for the entire AUSMAR team to mingle and build relationships while receiving business updates from the Directors. Also enjoy a free barista made coffee on the house thanks to our Directors!

QUARTERLY EVENTS

Every quarter, a team activity will be organised by our Party Planning Posse (PPP).

Team participation is encouraged and rewarded with points. Points are earned through:

- Attending quarterly team activities
- Winning team challenges during the activities
- Participating in extra-curricular activities throughout the year (e.g., yoga, pilates, blood donation, recycling, volunteering).
