“I cannot recommend AUSMAR highly enough. As an interstate purchaser, I was very nervous about not being close by during the construction phase. Janine and the team keep me very regularly and thoroughly informed at every stage of the build. I felt like I was there in person. Janine also very happily and easily liaised with my nominated real estate agent to provide updates and access to ensure we were able to take photos and advertise for tenants before handover which meant I had tenants ready to go immediately after hand over occurred. We have a beautiful, quality build and are so happy with everything.”
