From my first interaction with Caitlyn, we knew we were on to a winner with AUSMAR, not only was she personable and knowledgeable, it’s like she could read my mind, and understood exactly what I wanted. she was so caring and understood the issues we had with our previous builder. from this first meeting the entire process has been so smooth and amazing. Therese the CLO for pre-construction answered all my questions kept me updated and even the delay in land registration wasn’t an issue. and now we are well into construction Alishia and Jacob keep us updated, and we have just finished frame stage. heading into enclosed we are looking forward to the rest of the journey and seeing our new home come to life.”
