OUR STORY

AUSMAR started small, right here on the Sunshine Coast. From just four people in a tiny Cooroy office, we've grown into a successful local business, building homes and dreams for our community. We've come a long way, now building over 300 homes a year compared to our first 15.

But our real success is our people. We've grown from 4 to over 80 dedicated team members, including Sharon, who was with us from the very beginning and retired after 31 amazing years. (Watch her retirement celebration here.)

Our growth has been steady and strong, thanks to the hard work of our team. We're proud to be part of the Sunshine Coast story and excited to keep building brighter futures, one home at a time.

Communication was consistently prompt and professional. Overall, we are very pleased with the result. The finished terrace is beautiful, and we already feel at home. It is worth noting that the construction process took the full duration outlined in the contract (building time : 1 year). We have only been living in the property for one week and remain within the 12-month warranty period, so we will continue engaging with Ausmar as needed.
