What does 4-week contract mean?

It means that from the time you sign up, we aim to have your contract ready within 4 weeks, allowing you to begin the building process sooner.

What is the deposit required?

The required deposit is $4,000.

Will my house will be built faster than usual? While the contract process is expedited with a 4-week turnaround for contract preparation, standard build schedules and conditions apply to the actual construction of your home.

What happens if my land registration is longer? Your land registration must be within 12 months of signing the contract to qualify for this offer.

Are the fixtures and finishes included? Yes, our Designer Collection floorplans include high-quality fixtures and finishes as standard. You can view our standard inclusions here.

Are the displays the same as the designer collection? Some of the floor plans within our designer collection are featured within our award winning display homes. The display homes themselves contain extra upgrades which are not included within the promotion. Feel free to chat to our New Home Consultants if you have any queries.

Does this offer apply to any location? This promotion is available within our build region, which covers North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and Gympie.

Do you help with securing land? We have dedicated home and land consultants who can assist you in liaising with local developers to express your interest in available blocks of land or upcoming land releases. We have established strong relationships with these developers, which can be beneficial. However, please note that this assistance does not guarantee the successful acquisition of a block.
