AUSMAR Commercial was contracted by Stockwell Living to construct the $3 million recreation facility and 'leisure bubble' at Solana, Live Well Centre, located on Bongaree Avenue, Bribie Island.

Delivered on budget and ahead of the main housing development schedule, the Solana, Live Well Centre provides a focal point for the community's 200 homes, designed for active living. Its amenities include a comprehensive recreation facility and unique 'leisure bubble', fostering a vibrant and engaging environment for residents.

AUSMAR's successful construction of the Solana, Live Well Centre, alongside the broader $42 million, 200-home development, reflects a strong and productive relationship with Stockwell Living. This partnership has been built on AUSMAR's consistent delivery of professional, high-quality design and construction services. Housing commenced in January 2018 and was completed in July 2022. The recreation facility and leisure bubble were completed in February 2019.
