“As first time builders on the Sunshine Coast, we spent a significant period of time meeting with a number of builders and sales consultants to find a builder that we could trust with building our home. Our initial enquiries were answered by Andrew Shand at AUSMAR whilst he was on leave, which we were not expecting, but was a great first impression. We met with Andrew on a number of occasions during which he talked to us, without the sales spin, of what could be achieved. Nothing was ever too hard for Andrew, he listened to what our needs were and came up with innovative and cost effective solutions to create a unique home. Andrew continued to work with us well after we had signed and paid our deposit. We cannot speak highly enough of Andrew and recommend that if you are looking for a consultant that goes above and beyond for you, head down to the terrace home in Nirimba.”

“From the very first interaction with the sales team through to hand over, the experience of building with AUSMAR was as close to perfect as it gets. The most outstanding aspect of AUSMAR is the time they took to listen to my requirements and the level of communication throughout out especially with their app. They delivered exactly what they promised. The final build quality is fantastic. The site manager makes or breaks a build and Brendan was superb. We had an independent inspector through each stage of the build and AUSMAR worked with him to ensure everything was perfect. The inspector couldn’t find fault in the way AUSMAR work and communicate.”
