Welcome inside the stunning Sunshine Coast home, Curve On Cove, crafted by a family with a passion for design! Let’s embark on a room-by-room journey to discover how they’ve woven functionality and aesthetics into a true reflection of their lifestyle.

Living Large and Alfresco

The heart of Curve On Cove boasts a spacious and inviting atmosphere. An expansive void with a striking stone fireplace takes centre stage, beautifully complemented by a warm timber ceiling. Stacker sliders seamlessly connect the living area to the alfresco, creating a unified space that merges with the outdoors. Towering 7-metre ceilings enhance the feeling of openness and maximise the breathtaking water views.

Retro touches like a record cabinet and a custom brass record storage unit add a delightful mid-century vibe. Pendant lights and soft wall sconces cast a warm and inviting glow, perfect for cosy evenings. For an added touch of luxury, 7-metre-high motorised curtains drape the windows in a practical colour that minimises wear and tear.

A Timeless Kitchen

The kitchen embraces a timeless all-white look, with fluted wall panels on the island servery and pantry wall adding character and texture. These panels echo the curved elements found throughout Curve On Cove, while a brass pendant light above the island bench completes the mid-century aesthetic.

A Moody Powder Room Retreat

A hidden door leads to a delightful surprise: the powder room. This full bathroom exudes a luxurious and intimate feel with a hidden shower behind fluted glass, a curved vanity, and stunning feature tiling. Soft pink tones on the vanity bowl add a touch of colour, complemented by brass fixtures and a statement wall sconce.

Master Bedroom Sanctuary

The master bedroom offers a textured backdrop with timber fluted wall panels that extend halfway up the walls. Carefully chosen linen and artwork harmonise with the overall colour theme, creating a serene space. An upper sitting area overlooks the void and offers stunning canal views. Sage green accents, the warmth of timber vinyl floors, and a boucle bed complete this inviting retreat.

Bathroom Bliss

The bathrooms maintain a consistent design with fluted glass and white finger tiles for a touch of texture. Matte baths and vanity bowls, paired with brushed brass fixtures and elegant wall sconces, enhance the luxurious feel.

Shared But Special Bedrooms

A unique design choice allows the children to share a spacious bedroom without a dividing wall. This open layout creates a delightful space where they can freely share and play together.

Curve On Cove boasts several standout design features:

  • Curved Facade: The unique exterior features curved Decowood cladding, adding character and reflecting the homeowner’s personal style.
  • Multifunctional Entry Arbour: A custom-fabricated entry arbour with Decoclad battens serves a dual purpose – a striking architectural feature and a drain for the planter box above. The design allows natural light to filter through, creating a captivating play of light and shadow.
  • Poolside Daybed: The specially designed daybed in the pool area offers both comfortable lounging and clever storage solutions for pool equipment, maximising space efficiency and keeping everything within reach.

These elements aren’t just about aesthetics; they’re a reflection of the family’s personality and lifestyle. Each space has been meticulously curated to blend comfort, functionality, and beauty, resulting in a home that truly feels like theirs – a place where every detail tells a story and enhances their everyday lives.
