SMART START

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

The Smart Start offer is available to new clients who enter into a new building contract with AUSMAR Homes for an eligible First Series home design on or after 1 July 2026 and before the offer is withdrawn. The offer is not available for Designer Collection, Boutique Collection, Acreage Collection, Terrace Collection, Custom Homes, Commercial builds, or for variations to an existing building contract. Three Smart Start bundle options are available: Starter, Street Appeal and Ultimate. The advertised bundle price is added to, and forms part of the total building contract price. The inclusions forming part of each bundle are limited to those expressly identified in the Smart Start advertisement and AUSMAR’s applicable specifications.

Limitations within each inclusion are:

Premium floor coverings are limited to selections from AUSMAR’s Silver range of carpet and tiling only (does not include wet areas). Caesarstone benchtops are limited to selections from the M0 and M1 benchtop ranges only. Caesarstone benchtops apply only to the kitchen and bathrooms included in the selected base plan. For Highset designs, 2550 mm ceilings apply to the lower floor only. Ducted air conditioning system size is plan-dependent, and comprises the system specified by AUSMAR as appropriately sized to service the selected base plan. The First Series façade upgrade is limited to the eligible façade options nominated by AUSMAR for the selected design.

The advertised “included value” for each Smart Start collection is a reference figure calculated using AUSMAR’s standard retail pricing current as at 01/08/2026 for the relevant inclusions applied to the following reference designs and façades: Starter Lowset: Pearl home design with Hamptons facade Starter Highset: Atlantic home design with Hamptons facade; Street Appeal Lowset: Pearl home design with Hamptons facade; Street Appeal Highset: Atlantic home design with Hamptons facade; Ultimate Lowset: Pearl home design with Hamptons facade and Ultimate Highset: Atlantic home design with Hamptons façade. The actual retail value of the inclusions may vary between home designs, façades and specifications selected. The advertised value is therefore a reference figure only and is not a representation that every eligible design will receive inclusions having that particular retail value. Customers should obtain a project-specific quotation before entering a building contract. The Smart Start offer cannot be used in conjunction with another AUSMAR promotion, offer or discount and is not transferable. AUSMAR may modify or withdraw the offer, or change the eligible designs and inclusions, at any time before a building contract incorporating the Smart Start collection is entered into. Any agreed Smart Start collection will thereafter be governed by the executed building contract and specifications.
