The Hyde Display Home is a remarkable showcase of innovative design and functionality. With a narrow lot measuring only 4.6m wide, our design team curated a floor plan that maximized both space and style. Featuring three bedrooms, two spa-inspired bathrooms, and a large kitchen space, this home offers over 200sqm of floor space. A standout feature is the central light well, which floods the narrow home with natural light, adding depth and visual interest, making the space feel more spacious and inviting.

The construction of the Hyde Display Home faced unique challenges, particularly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unprecedented trade delays and product shortages posed obstacles throughout the build. Despite these hurdles, our team rose to the occasion. To create exceptional design features, we incorporated raked ceilings in two of the bedrooms, both with multi-faceted vaulted ceilings. This presented a construction challenge not commonly encountered in project-style builds. However, through the expertise of our professional laborers and additional on-site supervision, we overcame these challenges and achieved the desired outcome.
