The SUPER SAVER offer is only available for new customers who paid a preliminary deposit from May 1st, 2024 and selected a home design from our Designer Collection. The 5% discount applies to the base price only, not applicable on upgrades or selections made during Colour Selection. Your land must be registered or due for registration within 12 months of providing all documents to AUSMAR. Delays with land registration will alter or void timelines and may incur additional costs. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and is void if not taken up. AUSMAR reserves the right to modify inclusions, specifications, pricing, materials, suppliers, or substitute items with similar products, without notice. AUSMAR reserves the right to modify or terminate this SUPER SAVER promotion at any time and at its sole discretion. We will use reasonable efforts to provide timely notice of any changes or termination to this promotion. Product substitutions may occur if listed items are unavailable.
