Accounts Payable & Administration

09 Feb 2026
Maroochydore, QLD

WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

To succeed in this role, you’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys structure, accuracy and being part of a close-knit team that relies on one another. You’re confident working with numbers, systems and people, and you take pride in seeing tasks through from start to finish.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, supported by a Certificate III or IV in Accounting (or equivalent hands-on experience), along with 1–2 years’ experience in an accounts payable role, including monthly reconciliations. Experience with Databuild and/or Filebound is an advantage, but we’re equally open to someone who’s keen and capable of learning new systems.

Strong communication skills are essential - you’ll be comfortable liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams, picking up the phone when needed and following up with confidence and professionalism. An exceptional eye for detail, accuracy and organisation will see you thrive, as will your ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines and stay proactive in a busy environment.

Most importantly, you’ll be a team player who’s flexible, adaptable and happy to pitch in where needed. We’re a small team, we support each other, and we win together - so a positive attitude, initiative and willingness to help others is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Company Finance Manager your daily duties will include:

  • Reviewing & processing of invoices via our data capture software
  • Statement reconciliation of your own group of supplier and sub-contractor accounts

  • Assisting your team members to ensure team deadlines are met
