Club Eden: Our Award-Winning Project on the Sunshine Coast

Every year, Master Builders Queensland hosts the prestigious Housing and Construction Awards to honor the remarkable craftsmanship and innovation within leisure facilities, retail fitouts, and iconic apartments. This year, we’re thrilled to announce that AUSMAR has taken home the top spot in the Tourism and Leisure Facilities category (up to $10 million) for our outstanding Club Eden project at Greenwood Forest Glen. We want to extend our many thanks to the Greenwood team for entrusting us with this remarkable project. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re immensely proud of the entire AUSMAR team and all those who played a part in this success.

Not only did this decision accelerate the construction process, but it also eliminated the need for specialised trades on-site, streamlining the entire endeavour.
