To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Revit Expertise: Confident working in Revit with an eye for technical accuracy and clean documentation.

• Problem-Solving Ability: Able to identify and resolve design and construction constraints before they become issues.

• Attention to Detail: Precision matters - you’ll be checking every plan to ensure it meets AUSMAR standards.

• Communication Skills: You’ll be liaising with sales, estimators, colour consultants, and client liaison teams - clear communication is essential.

• Adaptability: Willing to learn and keep up with changing regulations and internal systems.

• Team Collaboration: While much of the role is autonomous, we work as a team to hit deadlines and deliver consistently high standards.
