Christmas Party 2025: Celebrating Wins, Culture, and Team Spirit

A look back at our 2025 AUSMAR Christmas Party – a sun-soaked canal cruise filled with awards, celebration, and the incredible team culture that defines our year.

To wrap up another incredible year, the AUSMAR team swapped desks, job sites, and meeting rooms for the sunshine and sea breeze, coming together for a Christmas Party as fun and memorable as the people who make this company what it is.

We kicked things off at the Mooloolaba Wharf, where our team boarded the iconic Whale One boat for a three-hour canal cruise. With the sun high, the humidity thick, and the excitement buzzing, everyone grabbed a cold drink and a canapé as we settled in for an afternoon on the water aboard a two-storey vessel built for good times.

And good times were exactly what we had.

Nautical-themed temporary tattoos quickly made their way around the boat, the DJ kept the energy lifted with a soundtrack made for summer, and you could spot groups sneaking toward the front of the boat to catch whatever breeze they could as the Queensland humidity tried its best to slow us down.

But the highlight of the afternoon? Our annual AUSMAR Awards – a moment to celebrate the people who lift our culture, keep us moving, and bring their very best every single day.

With the awards wrapped up and plenty of well-deserved applause shared, the afternoon rolled on with more drinks, laughter, and dancing as the boat cruised back toward the Wharf.

Once we docked, the celebrations continued at The Savvy Squire, where most of the team stayed on for evening drinks and food – the perfect way to toast another year of dedication, growth, and teamwork.

2025 was a year defined by our people – their commitment, their energy, and the culture they continue to shape every day.
