History repeats at Sundale: AUSMAR launches $42m commercial project tender

AUSMAR is proud to announce the launch of our latest commercial project tender, the Sundale Palmwoods Garden Village expansion. This $42m project will see the construction of 69 new, spacious, and meticulously-finished units, as well as a brand-new heated pool and clubhouse. The expansion was officially launched by Keith McKinnon, Sundale’s original builder who built Nicklin Lodge in 1963. Mr McKinnon replicated a key moment in Sundale’s history by placing a gold coin in the formwork of the new development. This gesture acknowledges Sundale’s rich past and bright future. The $42m Palmwoods Garden Village development is Sundale’s largest infrastructure project since building Coolum Waters Care Centre and Retirement Community in 2004.

The new units will offer residents a low-maintenance, optimum living lifestyle, as well as the opportunity to connect in a community of like-minded people and enjoy convenient amenities. Importantly, should residents’ situation change, support is available through either Sundale’s In-Home Care team or co-located Care Centre.
